As lead contractor,
S.L. Construction managed this project from inception to
completion.
This project was a fast track project. SL’s Project Team
worked
overtime to ensure this project was completed ahead of schedule.
The University
of Florida had sold meal tickets and needed for
the
project to be completed early.
SL accomplished this task and ensured
the owner received competitive prices in
the process. This $3 million
project maintained a smooth transition through until
post-occupancy.
The Broward Dining Facility was completed ahead of schedule
and
in budget. The new 13,000 sq. ft. Broward Area Dining Facility
provides
a dining
hall with a central Concept Area and seating for approximately
250. Additionally, a
Burger King operates in the northwest corner
of the building. Project was extremely
fast tracked in time for
returning students.
